[BILLING / MY ACCOUNT] I cancelled my Homestead account, why am I still being charged for the SiteToolbox/Traffic Builder?
Please be advised that www.homestead.com and http://homestead.sitetoolbox.com are separate organizations and as such, cancelling your hosting account does not automatically cancel your suite of marketing and promotional tools. Please use the following instructions to cancel your account at http://homestead.sitetoolbox.com:Logon and select the "Subscription Info" tabNext to "Change Your Renewal" select "Cancel Subscription" from the drop down boxClick "Change Renewal" and your account will become inactive on the next renewal date.
