What is a CatchAll Email Account?
The catchall account is used to collect all mail which is sent to an address which is not setup. For example, if someone sends you an E-mail but makes a mistake writing your E-mail address, the email will be sent to the catchall account instead of being returned to the sender.
The catchall can be enabled in your control panel. To enable the catchall, login to your Plesk Control Panel, then click on the Mail button.
From the mail administration page, click "Preferences."
Under "Mail to nonexistent user" check Catch to address: and specify the email address you would like to use as a catchall.
