Do you backup all of the sites on your servers? What if there is a server crash?
Yes, we backup all accounts setup on our shared hosting servers. In case of a server crash your data will be restored from the most recent backup.
If you accidentally delete certain files, we may not be able to restore just a few files. This is related to how our entire servers are backed up as a compressed image. We also encourage our users to keep their own backups.
